Kauai Mechanical is looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Laborer to support company operations and departmental needs. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and supporting field crews through warehouse and inventory operations.
The Warehouse Laborer plays an important role in preparing materials, organizing inventory, and helping keep daily operations running efficiently. If you are a motivated individual that would like to start your career in the HVAC industry, we want to hear from you.
Job Functions:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Deliver and pick up materials and equipment in company vehicle.
Ability to obtain PUC license
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
Unload and load materials and equipment utilizing a forklift.
Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Complete daily logs and cycle counting of inventory.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.?
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse vehicle.
Take responsibility for safety performance and program compliance within the warehouse.??
Any additional duties/responsibilities deemed necessary.?
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s license required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with a variety of personality types.
Motivated to learn all that is necessary to complete the job.
Good Attendance.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under constraints and to make the most out of allotted resources.
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple issues.
Attention to detail and completing work to a deadline.
Good communication skills.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors.
Pay: $24-29/hour based on experience.
